ASAD BHATTI (MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM)

Director

With over 23 years industry experience, Asad is a highly skilled property professional with a wealth of experience in both public and private sectors; specialising in Property & Asset Management, Building Safety/Compliance, Residential New Build and Housing Regeneration. He has held senior positions in large multi-disciplinary national organisations and achieved notable success both strategically and operationally. 

He has led significant public sector investment programmes in Housing/Infrastructure and achieved notable success and recognition. Asad is committed to delivering the best possible client outcome across all the services we deliver.

ASIM IQBAL (MAPM, MA International Architecture)

Director

An experienced professional in the construction sector with a Master’s in Architecture and a proven track record managing a successful architectural firm. Asim has 15 years of industry experience of bidding, winning and managing a diverse client base, including public sector, high-end bespoke homes to extensive apartment complexes and commercial projects. 

Skilled in all phases of project management, from design through technical detailing to on-time delivery. Adept at steering cross- functional teams to peak performance. Renowned for exceptional leadership abilities and a strategic mindset, ensures every project is executed with precision and creativity, meeting the highest standards of excellence.

KALEEM SHARIF (PGCE, MSC, MAPM)

Associate

With over 21 years of expertise, Kaleem is an established construction professional having delivered a number of significant turnkey construction and infrastructure projects both in the UK and in the Middle East and has held a number of senior positions in blue chip organisations and has most notably overseen the improvement of significant oil and gas facilities to deliver improved efficiency. 

Consistently contributing to the profession, Kaleem has established himself as a highly talented and successful construction professional, leaving an enduring impact on the clients and customers.

EBRAHIM DAJI (MAPM, MA International Architecture)

Associate

Ebrahim is a business and delivery focused Masters graduate in International Architecture with cross-sector experience with a focus on residential design. Dynamic and driven, Ebrahim has a high attention to detail in delivering projects. 

Ebrahim has more than a decade of design and construction experience specialising in the residential housing sector and a detailed knowledge of the planning process. He is also an established project delivery professional having successfully delivered a number of infrastructure roll out programmes in the public sector.

ABI JOKOMBA (MEng; MArch; RIBA; MRICS; MIFireE; MNSE)

As a seasoned Senior Engineer and Architect, I have cultivated a 20-year legacy of leading a successful practice, excelling in the construction industry. 

My expansive experience includes collaborations with local authorities, housing associations, and diverse clientele ranging from private to commercial sectors. My consultancy has guided building control authorities, marrying regulatory compliance with innovative design principles. 

With a sharp eye for detail, I’ve navigated the dual responsibilities of Employers Agent with an emphasis on cost and contractual oversight, ensuring project deliverables are met with exceptional standards. My extensive background is a testament to my dedication and proficiency in shaping the built environment.

Waqas Hussain (MAPM, BSc HONS)

With over 8 years industry experience, Waqas is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager who has worked on a wide range of infrastructure and civils projects for a number of public sector clients including the MOJ and Highways. 

Waqas is a talented individual and a rising star with determination and drive, he adds significant value and energy to any project.

IMRAN SIDDIQUE (Prince2, APM)

Associate

Imran is an experienced and respected Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of practical experience across a number of sectors including construction, finance, engineering, and automation. His commissions have ranged from Project Manager, PMO to Lead PMO in each case Imran has delivered the best possible outcomes and highest levels of stakeholder satisfaction.

Imran is a recognised expert in project planning, process and policy, governance frameworks, Regulatory Compliance,  Stakeholder and Change Management, he has helped to devise, shape and deliver highly successful multi-million-pound projects while managing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Imran is passionate about delivering turnkey solutions to the highest possible standards and always looks to add value by improving processes to ensure successful results. 

Tausif Zaman (MCIOB)

Associate

An accomplished construction professional with over 20 years of industry experience spanning Main Contractor, Developer, and Consultancy environments. Tausif brings extensive expertise having worked across a broad range of sectors including public and private developments, healthcare, retail, residential, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, and education. He is experienced in providing full lifecycle project leadership, ensuring robust governance, risk & cost management, stakeholder coordination, and programme control throughout all RIBA stages.

Tausif is an established leader and has successfully led multidisciplinary consultant teams as a Consultant Project Manager, aligning design, commercial, and operational objectives. Consistently delivers high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations, budgetary targets, programme requirements, and long-term operational needs
